Beloveds,
How do we build more community interaction and involvement outside workshops? We could have more free and low cost events if community members helped make them happen, as salaried staff keep busy with ones to cover overhead. What would draw you and others in to co-create uses of this Temple and grounds that fulfill our needs for communion and intimacy? I say more dancing, more puppy piles, more hanging out!
I see possibilities of picnics, community parties, weekly or monthly gatherings, and saw interest in that in our survey. I wish my time were free to create such joys and wonder if someone else has that time and inclination, or a group of you. Please use this space to dialogue about this. I so value your input.
Bright Rainbow Blessings,
Evalena

Harmony Fair is my favorite weekend of the year in many ways. Come join as many circles gather of our amazing West County and Bay Area folks for great music and dancing, great booths for shopping of all things alternative, great education and sustainability practices, loads of samples of foods and products, and great hugs. Yumm! http://www.harmonyfestival.com/
House directly across the street will be up for sale soon. Being the one that most directly sees into our parking, I’d love for someone from our community to buy it. I’ll send out an email soon with the information and hope you share with anyone who might be interested and a wise choice for supporting community here. Probably between $600,000 and $630,000, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1/2 acre, lovely back yard with rose gardens and old veggie beds. May the new owner bring love to our neighborhood.
Blessings,
Evalena
Welcome to our new LoveJourney blog! This is the place for our community forum, so feel free to leave your comments and comment on other’s comments.
Pretty exciting times, these. Meeting with the bright minds and caring hearts of our Think Tank on Sunday certainly sparked a lot of creativity. So many ideas have been flowing in from the Survey we took last week and from responses to the last newsletter, that we feel like we’re literally percolating.
A long awaited dream to begin tele-channelings that people can subscribe to has gained a lot of support. Our first will be next Wed. at 6pm. First one is free, so tune in if you’ve been curious about my channeling or love it as many do. I channel to many people on the East Coast and other states as well as Australia and Europe, so we selected a time that could serve as many of them as possible. Lucy has outdone herself getting the blog set up and our channeling web site, where you can download Wednesday’s program by Thursday afternoon.
Deep gratitude to all of you who took the survey, about three times as many as is often expected. Your responses felt deeply supportive of what we’re already doing, with some great suggestions and 96% satisfied or somewhat satisfied with the work. It’s amazing to see that 86% are likely to continue. Thanks for the vote of confidence and the great suggestions. One day and half day events were the big winners in the suggestions, so we’ll schedule those soon. Also more advanced workshops.
Tell me what you’d like to hear through this blog. I’d be happy to have your questions and comments and will respond at least twice a week, more likely most days. I’ve wanted to have a better way for the community to keep in contact with each other and hope this helps serve to further that aim.
Want a picnic this summer? I’d love to do one and could be encouraged to if people stepped forward to help with food and logistics. Nearly 80 people came to our last one, so it’s a bit of work. I’ve been wanting to do family camp as well (though it ranked low on the survey completed mostly by singles), so let me know if you want it and can help make it happen. The desire for community events seems strong and I invite your participation as much of my time must go toward opening new doors for the work right now.
Much love and deep respect to you,
Evalena
